摘要
临兴气田在开采过程中大部分气井见水,造成产量降低生产成本增加。为控制气井出水,从成藏过程、水气水分布特征及储层非均质性等方面分析了临兴气田的产水机理,并分别针对目前生产井、新井的控水方法给出了相应的对策。研究认为,临兴气田在成藏过程中受地层非均质性和气体充注强度的影响,气、水无明显界面,在生产过程中水的运移会堵塞部分孔喉出现水封气的现象造成最终采收率降低,应抑制地层水在储层中的运移从源头上解决出水问题,据此针对目前生产井建议采用聚合物微球进行堵水,对于新井建议利用绒囊流体实施控水压裂。这种从源头控水的方法也为其它气田控水提供了一种解决思路。
Most of the gas Wells in Linxing gas field found water in the process of exploitation,resulting in reduced production and increased production cost.In order to control the water flowing from the gas well and ensure the normal production of the gas well,the mechanism of water production in Linxing gas field is analyzed from the aspects of reservoir forming process,distribution characteristics of water,gas and water and reservoir heterogeneity,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed respectively for the current water control methods of the production well and the new well.Research shows,influenced by the process of accumulation formation heterogeneity and the influence of gas filling strength,there is no obvious gas-water interface.Therefore,the migration of water in the production process will be blocked part of the pore throat and the phenomenon of the water seal gas reduces the ultimate recovery.To solve the problem,the migration of formation water should be restrained in the reservoir.Polymer micro spheres was recommended for water plugging in production well,and fuzzy-ball fluid was suggested for water control fracturing in new wells.This method of water control from the source also provides a solution for other gas fields.
