C-erbB-2、miR-103a-3p、ANXA7在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析C-erbB-2、微小RNA-103a-3p(miR-103a-3p)、膜联蛋白A7(ANXA7)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及相关性。方法选取2019年11月至2020年11月青岛滨海学院附属医院与德州市妇幼保健院病理科归档的资料齐全完整的75例子宫内膜癌组织石蜡标本和距离癌组织边缘5cm的癌旁组织石蜡标本作为研究对象。采用免疫组化法检测C-erbB-2、miR-103a-3p、ANXA7的表达,分析C-erbB-2、miR-103a-3p、ANXA7在子宫内膜癌进展过程中的表达变化及三者相关性。结果与癌旁组织相比,癌组织中C-erbB-2、miR-103a-3p、ANXA7表达量升高(P<0.05)。C-erbB-2、miR-103a-3p、ANXA7表达与子宫内膜癌患者肿瘤直径无关,与TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移、肌层浸润深度相关,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、中低分化、有淋巴结转移、≥1/2肌层浸润子宫内膜癌患者C-erbB-2、miR-103a-3p、ANXA7表达升高(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,C-erbB-2与miR-103a-3p的表达量存在正相关(r=0.564,P=0.001);C-erbB-2与ANXA7的表达量存在正相关(r=0.676,P=0.001);miR-103a-3p与ANXA7的表达量存在正相关(r=0.577,P=0.001)。结论C-erbB-2、miR-103a-3p、ANXA7在子宫内膜癌组织中高表达,随着疾病的进展表达升高,三者可能共同参与此病的发生发展。 Objective To analyze the expression and correlation of C-erbB-2, microRNA-103 a-3 p(miR-103 a-3 p) and annexin A7(ANXA7) in endometrial carcinoma tissues. Methods 75 cases of endometrial cancer tissue paraffin specimens and paracancerous tissue specimens 5 cm from the edge of the cancerous tissues archived by Department of Pathology of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao Binhai University and Dezhou Maternity and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research object. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of C-erbB-2, miR-103 a-3 p, and ANXA7, and to analyze the expression changes of C-erbB-2, miR-103 a-3 p and ANXA7 in the progression of endometrial cancer and the correlation among the three. Results Compared with adjacent tissues, the expressions of C-erbB-2, miR-103 a-3 p, and ANXA7 in cancer tissues were increased(P<0.05). The expression of C-erbB-2, miR-103 a-3 p, and ANXA7 has nothing to do with the tumor diameter of endometrial cancer patients, but is related to TNM stage, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis, myometrial invasion. The expression levels of C-erbB-2, miR-103 a-3 p and ANXA7 were increased in patients with endometrial carcinoma of stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ, medium and low differentiation, and lymph node metastasis and ≥1/2 myometrium invasion(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis between C-erbB-2, miR-103 a-3 p and ANXA7 showed that there was a positive correlation between C-erbB-2 and miR-103 a-3 p(r=0.564,P=0.001), C-erbB-2 has a positive correlation with ANXA7(r=0.676,P=0.001). miR-103 a-3 p has a positive correlation with ANXA7(r=0.577,P=0.001). Conclusions C-erbB-2, miR-103 a-3 p, and ANXA7 are highly expressed in endometrial carcinoma tissues, and their expression increases with the progression of the disease, suggesting that the three may be involved in the occurrence and development of this disease.
