摘要
乡村振兴战略下,县域经济是我国经济高质量发展的重要基础,特色产业是县域经济的重要支撑。红安县是举世闻名的“中国第一将军县”,具有独特自然和文化资源。近年来,红安县在特色农业产业发展方面进行了大量探索,取得了很多成绩,但是仍然存在产业化水平不高、人力资本流失、龙头企业带动力不强、人才结构不合理等问题。因此,必须要提升产业化水平,加强建设红安县特色农产品品牌建设,拓宽人才队伍等方面,促进红安县特色农业产业可持续发展。
Under the rural revitalization strategy,county economy is an important basis for high-quality development of China’s economy,and characteristic industries are an important support for county economy.As the world-famous“China’s First General County”,Hong’an County has unique natural and cultural resources.It has made a lot of exploration in the development of characteristic agricultural industry and made a lot of achievements.However,there are still some problems,such as low industrialization level,loss of human capital,weak driving force of leading enterprises and unreasonable talent structure.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the level of industrialization,strengthen the construction of Hong’an County characteristic agricultural products brand construction,broaden the talent team and other aspects,in order to promote the sustainable development of Hong’an County characteristic agricultural industry.
