摘要
现代农业是建设社会主义新农村的主要内容和重要基础。在全球化、知识化、信息化、低碳化等发展理念不断深入人心的今天,作为全球最大的农业国家,以什么样的理念来发展农业至关重要,本文提出了现代农业产业链的完整概念,阐述了产业链治理的内涵和主体,产业链治理包含价值增值、利益分配、食品安全、环境保护和产业安全的五个主要方面。并提出了纵向大部委制、改变政府管理理念等政策建议。
Modem agriculture is the main content and an important foundation for the building of new socialist countryside. Nowadays, the development concepts such as globalization, knowledge-based, information, low earburization and so on are more and more widely accepted, as the largest agricultural country in the world, using what kinds of concept to advance agriculture in China is vital importance. The paper proposed the concept of the modern agricultural industrial chain, and elaborated the connotation and the main body of agricultural industrial chain management. At last, four management pillars and policy recommendations were presented.
