摘要
目的通过回顾性分析河南省生殖健康科学技术研究院近1 a来部分具有正常生育力男性生殖健康数据,了解育龄男性生殖健康情况变化趋势。方法数据来源:近1 a来在本院自愿进行输精管结扎绝育的男性精液标本。统计其年龄、子女数、精液质量、前列腺、睾丸、精囊情况。结果 (1)生育力正常男性平均年龄33.81岁,子女数平均1.9个,男性子代占63.46%,女性子代占36.54%;有3个子女的占10.71%,有2子女的占64.29%,有1个子女的占25%。(2)精液pH值平均7.38,精液量平均4.08 mL,精子浓度平均45.39×10^(6)/mL;精子总活动率平均72.2%,前向活动率平均50.1%。(3)左侧精索静脉曲张检出率为22.22%,右侧为3.7%,双侧为7.4%。(4)前列腺平均37.57 mm×29.48 mm×25.22 mm。左侧睾丸平均40.33 mm×27.48 mm×19.7 mm,右侧平均40.33 mm×27.44 mm×19.7 mm。(5)左侧精囊平均30.57 mm×9.65 mm,右侧平均30.48 mm×9.39 mm。(6)前列腺钙化灶、密度不均检出率为13.04%,附睾囊肿检出率为47.83%。其中,右侧附睾囊肿26.09%,左侧为8.7%,双侧为13.04%。结论 (1)一般育龄家庭生育二胎以上的意愿低下,育龄家庭中有两个子女及以上的,男性子代明显多于女性子代。(2)生育力正常男性精液质量相关指标,远高于《人类精液检查与处理实验手册》第五版中关于精液质量的参考值。(3)精索静脉曲张在生育力正常男性中非常常见。(4)慢性前列腺炎、附睾囊肿在生育力正常男性中具有较高的发病率。
Objective To analyze the reproductive health data of some men with normal fertility in Henan Provincial Obstetrics Hospital in recent one year,and to find out the changing trend of reproductive health of men.Methods In the past 1 year,the men who planned to undergo vasectomy in hospital,including age、number of baby、semen quality、prostate、testis and seminal vesicle.Results The mean age of fertile men was 33.81,the mean number of baby was 1.9,63.46%of male baby,36.54%of female baby;10.71%of 3 baby,64.29%of 2 children and 25%of 1 child in this family;The mean pH value of semen was 7.38,The mean volume of semen was 4.08 ml,The mean sperm concentration was 45.39 x 106/ml,The mean sperm total activity rate was 72.2%,The mean sperm forward activity rate was 50.1%;The varicocele detection rate was 22.22%,The right varicose veins detection rate was 3.7%,the positive rate of bilateral varicocele was 7.4%;The mean of prostate was 37.57×29.48×25.22(mm),Left testes was 40.33×27.48×19.7(mm),right testes was 40.33×27.44×19.7(mm),left seminal vesicle was 30.57×9.65(mm),right seminal vesicle was 30.48×9.39(mm);The detection rate of calcification focus and density imbalance of prostate was 13.04%,the detection rate of epididymal cyst was 47.83%,including 26.09%of right epididymal cyst,8.7%of left epididymal cyst and 13.04%of biepididymal cyst.Conclusion The desire to have more than two childrens were low in general families,the number of male baby is significantly higher than that of female baby in families,To compare with the reference value of semen quality in the 5th edition of the manual of laboratory examination and treatment of human semen;The mean size of prostate gland was 37.57×29.48×25.22(mm),left testis was 40.33×27.48×19.7(mm),right testis 40.33×27.44×19.7(mm),left seminal vesicle 30.57×9.65(mm)and right seminal vesicle 30.48×9.39(mm);The varicocele is a common disease among men of reproductive age;Chronic prostatitis and epididymal cysts have a higher incidence rate in fertile men of normal fer
