磺化酸性离子交换树脂催化合成聚乙烯醇缩丁醛 被引量:4

PREPARATION OF POLYVINYL BUTYRAL CATALYZED BY SULFONATED ACID ION EXCHANGE RESIN

摘要 研究了磺化酸性离子交换树脂催化剂的制备及其用于催化正丁醛和聚乙烯醇(PVA)制备聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB),考察了磺化酸性离子交换树脂催化剂制备条件和缩醛化反应条件对正丁醛和PVA反应生成PVB的影响。结果表明,磺化酸性离子交换树脂催化剂具有良好的催化正丁醛和PVA反应生成PVB的性能,其上含有的磺酸基数量是影响其催化活性的重要因素。磺化酸性离子交换树脂催化剂的最优制备条件为:磺化温度110℃、磺化时间12 h。磺化酸性离子交换树脂催化剂催化正丁醛和PVA生成PVB反应的最佳条件为:反应温度95℃、反应时间11 h、催化剂量8%、正丁醛量:PVA量为70:100(质量比),生成的PVB具有良好的热稳定性。 The preparation of sulfonated acid ion exchange resin catalyst and its application for catalyzing n-butyraldehyde and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)to synthesize polyvinyl butyral(PVB)were studied.The effects of preparation conditions of sulfonated acid ion exchange resin catalyst and acetalization reaction conditions on the synthesis of PVB were investigated.The results showed that acetalization catalyst had good performance in catalyzing n-butyraldehyde and PVA to form PVB.The amount of sulfonic acid on sulfonated acid ion exchange resin catalyst surface was an important affecting factor for its catalytic activity.The optimal preparation conditions of sulfonated acid ion exchange resin catalyst were:sulfonation temperature of 110℃and sulfonation time of 12 h.The optimum acetalization reaction conditions were:reaction temperature of 95℃,reaction time of 11 h,catalyst dosage of 8%,n-butyraldehyde:PVA=70:100.The TG results showed that PVB sample had good thermal stability.
