摘要
分别采用改进水煮法和光电比色法研究了粉胶比与填料组成对沥青胶浆黏附性能的影响;在此基础上,为反映沥青混合料实际状态下沥青胶浆与骨料的黏附作用,设计制备相应的沥青混合料并采用冻融劈裂法分析其水稳定性。研究结果表明,粉胶比和填料组成均对沥青胶浆黏附性有显著影响,随着粉胶比增大,沥青胶浆黏附等级明显增加;水泥替代矿粉可明显提高沥青胶浆黏附等级,且改善效果随水泥替代率增大而提高;粉煤灰替代矿粉对沥青胶浆黏附性影响与水泥相似,但效果略逊;相同替代率时,采用水泥和粉煤灰等比例复合替代矿粉与水泥的取代效果接近;在一定替代范围内,沥青混合料冻融劈裂比TSR与相应沥青胶浆黏附性结果具有高度一致性。
The effects of powder-to-binder ratio and filler composition on the adhesion property of asphalt cement mortar were investigated using the improved boiling method and photoelectric colorimetry.On this basis,the asphalt mixture was prepared and its water stability was analyzed by freeze-thaw splitting method in order to reflect the adhesion property between aggregate and asphalt mortar under actual conditions.The experimental results show that both the powder-tobinder ratio and the filler composition have a significant effect on the adhesion of the asphalt mortar.The adhesion grade of asphalt mortar increases significantly with the increase of powder-to-binder ratio.The adhesion grade of asphalt mortar significantly improves when cement or fly ash ias used to replace mineral powder,and the effect of cement replacement is better.The use of cement and fly ash in equal proportions to replace the mineral powder is similar to the replacement effect of a single cement under the same replacement rate.The freeze-thaw split ratio of asphalt mixture is highly consistent with the results of adhesion of asphalt mortar at a certain range.
