摘要
高职扩招2019-2021三年行动战略目标不仅缓解就业压力促进社会稳定,更是给高职院校可持续发展带来强劲动力。在确保质量型扩招的前提下,面对多样化的学生群体特点,本文以管理专业为例,结合多年招生、教学、管理的工作实践,在“三全育人”视域下探究当前高职院校扩招人才培养质量保障机制所存在的问题,最后提出优化高职院校扩招管理专业人才培养质量保障机制的对策,以适应社会发展的需求。
The three-year initiative(2019-2021)on expanding enrollment in higher vocational institutes can not only alleviate employment pressure to maintain law and order,but also bring about a robust force enabling higher vocational institutes to develop sustainably.While ensuring quality-oriented expanding enrollment and facing up with diversified students,the author of this paper takes management major as an example,deals with problems currently existing in the mechanism of ensuring talent training quality against the backdrop of expanding enrollment in higher vocational institutes.Drawing on experience in enrollment,teaching and management,the author also brings forth solutions to improve the mechanism of ensuring management talent training quality against the backdrop of expanding enrollment in higher vocational institutes,thus fitting in with social development.
