摘要
目的分析阿托伐他汀钙片结合丁苯酞软胶囊对脑梗死(CI)患者临床效果及不良反应的影响。方法选取该院2019年1月—2021年1月收治60例CI患者为研究对象,信封法将其分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组采取阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,在此基础上,观察组采取丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.67%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030)。治疗后,观察组炎症因子水平和神经功能评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为13.33%高于对照组的6.67%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.185,P=0.667)。治疗后,观察组血浆活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)、凝血因子Ⅲ(FVⅢ)低于对照组,凝血酶原时间(PT)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对CI患者采取阿托伐他汀钙片结合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗效果显著,能有效降低临床症状,改善神经功能,安全性尚可。
Objective To analyze the effects of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with butylphthalide soft capsules on the clinical effects and adverse reactions of patients with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods Taking 60 CI patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)by the envelope method.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets.On this basis,the observation group was treated with butylphthalide soft capsules,compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%higher than that in the control group 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and neurological function scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.33% higher than that in the control group by 6.67%,the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.185,P=0.667).After treatment,the observation group's plasma activated partial prothrombin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),von Willebrand factor(vWF),and coagulation factorⅢ(FVⅢ)were lower than those of the control group.The prothrombin time(PT)was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For CI patients,taking atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with butylphthalide soft capsules has a significant therapeutic effect,which can effectively reduce clinical symptoms and improve nerve function,with good safety.
