摘要
新时代高校劳动教育对进一步深化高等教育改革,促进学生德智体美劳全面发展具有重要意义。劳动教育发展的关键在教师,新时代高校劳动教育的新定位、新要求对劳动教育教师队伍建设提出了更高的要求,既需要立足现实,满足当前高校普遍开设劳动教育必修课程对师资的紧迫需求;也需要放眼长远,科学规划劳动教育教师队伍建设。从短期来看,高校可以建设以马克思主义理论研究者、劳动教育研究者为主体,其他院系具备较高劳动技能水平的教师和校外劳动模范等为辅的劳动教育教师团队,并通过开展培训及组建教师发展共同体等途径提升其教学水平,以解燃眉之急;从长期来看,为了保障高校劳动教育教师数量的充足、质量的优异,应该设立劳动教育专业,并通过完善的课程体系培养高素质、专业化、研究型的劳动教育教师队伍,以达到新时代高校劳动教育对师资的远景要求。
The labor education in colleges and universities in the new era is of great significance to further deepen the reform of higher education and promote the all-round development of students'morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.The key to the development of labor education lies in teachers.The new orientation and requirements of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era put forward higher requirements for the construction of labor education teachers.It needs to be based on reality to meet the urgent needs of teachers for the universal opening of labor education courses in colleges and universities.We also need to take a long-term view and scientifically plan the construction of labor education teachers.In the short term,colleges and universities can build a team of labor education teachers with Marxist theory researchers and labor education researchers as the main body,supplemented by teachers with high labor skills in other colleges and departments and off campus labor models,and improve their teaching level by carrying out training and establishing a teacher development community,so as to solve the urgent need.In the long run,in order to ensure the sufficient number and excellent quality of labor education teachers in colleges and universities,we should establish the specialty of labor education,and cultivate high-quality,professional and research-oriented labor education teachers through perfect curriculum system,so as to meet the long-term requirements of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era.
