摘要
立基于对技术取向教师专业发展的批判反思,实践取向和解放取向的教师专业发展越来越受到重视。具体内涵表现为把教师专业发展作为人的发展,作为学习的历程和作为探究的过程。教师专业发展从外在控制型向内在生成型转变。
Based on the critical reflection of technical perspective of teacher professional development, more and more emphases are put on the practical and emaneipatory perspectives. The new meanings of teacher professional development are as personal development, as learning process, as inquiry process. Teacher professional development is moving from outside control to inside creation.
