拉莫三嗪联合丙戊酸治疗各种类型癫痫患者的临床效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究拉莫三嗪(LTG)联合丙戊酸(VPA)治疗各种类型癫痫患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年10月在本院就诊的400例癫痫患者作为研究对象,分为全身性发作型患者100例、单纯性部分发作型患者100例、部分发作继发全身强直痉挛发作型患者100例、复杂性部分发作型患者100例,所有患者均给予LTG联合VPA治疗,比较不同类型癫痫的治疗效果、不良反应发生率及血清炎症因子水平。结果各类型癫痫患者治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义。4种类型癫痫患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。治疗前后,4种类型癫痫患者IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义。结论 LTG联合VPA治疗不同类型癫痫患者效果显著,不良反应发生率较低,且能明显提高患者机体免疫力。 Objective To explore the clinical effects of lamotrigine(LTG) combined with valproic acid(VPA) in the treatment of various types of epilepsy patients. Methods 400 patients with epilepsy who were treated in our hospital from May 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects, including 100 patients with generalized seizure type,100 patients with simple partial seizure type,100 patients with partial seizure secondary to systemic ankylosing spasm and 100 patients with complex partial seizure type. The therapeutic effect, incidence of adverse reactions and serum inflammatory factor levels of different types of epilepsy were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of patients with various types of epilepsy. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the four types of epilepsy patients. There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α between the four types of diseases before and after treatment.Conclusion By LTG combined VPA treatment of different types of epilepsy, the effect is very significant, and the adverse reactions are low, which can improve the immunity of patients.
