摘要
大肠癌是临床常见的消化道肿瘤之一,大肠癌的早期筛查与诊断对降低其发病率和死亡率具有重要意义。影像学技术是大肠癌早期筛查与诊断的主要方式,并且在近年来不断地发展与提高,先进的影像学技术提高了大肠癌的早期筛查与诊断的检出率和预后评估。本文介绍了大肠癌的发病机制,并对气钡双重对比造影筛查、电子结肠镜筛查、多排螺旋CT扫描、磁共振成像技术等影像学技术在临床早期大肠癌筛查与诊断中的应用进行概括,明确了不同影像学技术的优缺点。临床中应根据检查对象的实际情况综合运用影像学技术以提高检出率和准确性,指导患者的治疗和预后。
Colorectal carcinoma is one of the most common gastrointestinal tumors in clinic.Early screening and diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma is of great significance for reducing its morbidity and mortality.Imaging technology is the major method for early screening and diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma,which has been developing and improving in recent years.Advanced imaging techniques have improved the detection rate and coincidence rate of early screening and diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma.This paper introduces the pathogenesis of colorectal carcinoma,and summarizes the application of imaging techniques in the screening and diagnosis of early colorectal carcinoma,such as aer-barium double contrast radiography screening,electronic colonoscopy screening,multi-slice spiral CT scanning,magnetic resonance imaging,and identifies the advantages and disadvantages of different imaging techniques.Imaging technology should be comprehensively used according to the actual situation of the examination objects to improve the detection rate and accuracy in clinical practice,which is important to guide the treatment and prognosis of patients.
