摘要
全球高等教育在长期发展过程中形成了由中心向边缘辐射的稳定的金字塔结构,这一格局在新冠肺炎疫情暴发前已开始松动。在全球竞争的背后,各国立足于不同的发展基础,整合政府、大学和市场的力量,形成了四种主要的作用模式。疫情的暴发给高等教育全球竞争带来更多的变数,推动了各国高等教育系统的实践自反性。在后疫情时代,如若各国高等教育未有针对性地调整其作用模式,高等教育全球竞争格局将继续松动,各国所处的位置也会由此而产生变化。
The global competition of higher education has formed a stable pyramid structure radiating from the center to the edge in the long-term development.However,the competition pattern has begun to loosen before the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic.Behind the global competition,based on different development conditions,countries have integrated the forces of the government,the university and the market,which formed four main action modes.The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought more possibilities for the global competition of higher education;it has also stimulated the practice reflexivity of higher education systems in various countries.In the post epidemic era,if countries don’t adjust their action modes pertinently,the global competitive landscape of higher education will continue to loosen,and the position of countries will also change in this structure.
