摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环理念用于手术室护理质量管理的价值。方法将该院2021年1—5月的15名采取PDCA循环理念进行护理质量管理的手术室护士纳入研究组,并纳入2020年8—12月的15名采取常规理念进行护理质量管理的手术室护士纳入对照组,比较两组焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分、护理质量评分(人文关怀、护理安全、消毒隔离、护理文书、操作技能熟练度)、患者满意度、医生满意度。结果研究组患者焦虑情绪评分、抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理质量评分(人文关怀、护理安全、消毒隔离、护理文书、操作技能熟练度)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术医生满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理管理工作当中实施PDCA循环理念可减轻患者焦虑情绪,提高护理管理质量,提高患者满意度和医生满意度。
Objective To explore the value of the PDCA cycle concept in the nursing quality management of the operating room.Methods From January to May 2021 in the hospital,15 operating room nurses who adopted the PDCA cycle concept for nursing quality management were included in the study group.In addition,15 operating room nurses who adopted routine concepts for nursing quality management from August to December 2020 were included in the control group.The anxiety score,depression score,nursing quality score(humanistic care,nursing safety,disinfection and isolation,nursing documentation,operational skill proficiency),patient satisfaction,and doctor satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores(humanistic care,nursing safety,disinfection and isolation,nursing documents,and operational skill proficiency)of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of surgeons in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the PDCA cycle concept in the nursing management of the operating room can reduce patient anxiety,improve the quality of nursing management,and improve patient satisfaction and doctor satisfaction.
