摘要
【目的】探究PDCA及压疮预警干预护理对女性盆腔手术急性压力性损伤及自我管理能力的影响。【方法】选取于我院行手术的268例女性盆腔手术患者,采用双盲法均分为两组,对照组采用PDCA循环法的压疮三级管理制的方法,观察组运用PDCA循环法联合压疮预警干预护理,比较两组患者结局。【结果】268例患者中压疮发生例数为24例(8.96%),观察组患者术后急性压疮发生率(6.72%)低于对照组(11.20%)(P<0.05)。经过PDCA及压疮预警干预护理后,观察组俯卧位压疮发生率为5.97%,侧卧位为0.75%,截石位为0.00%,平卧位为0.00%,均低于对照组(7.46%、1.49%、0.75%、1.49%)(P<0.05);观察组自我护理能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】将PDCA循环法及压疮预警干预护理应用于女性盆腔手术中有助于降低压疮的发生率,有利于提高患者的自我护理能力,值得临床推广。
【Objective】To explore the effect of PDCA and pressure ulcer early warning intervention nursing on acute stress injury and self-management ability of female pelvic surgery.【Methods】The 268 female patients undergoing pelvic surgery in our hospital were divided into two groups by double-blind method.The control group adopted the three-level management system of pressure ulcer by PDCA circulation method.The observation group used PDCA circulation method combined with pressure ulcer early warning intervention nursing,and compared the outcomes of the two groups.【Results】The incidence of pressure ulcer in 268 patients was 8.96%,and the incidence of acute pressure ulcer in the observation group(6.72%)was lower than that in the control group(11.20%)(P<0.05).After PDCA and pressure ulcer early warning intervention nursing,the incidence of pressure ulcer in prone position,lateral position,lithotomy position and supine position in the observation group were 5.97%,0.75%,0.00%and 0.00%,which were lower than those in the control group(7.46%,1.49%,0.75%and 1.49%)(P<0.05);The self-care ability of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The application of PDCA circulation method and pressure ulcer early warning intervention nursing in female pelvic surgery will help to reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer and improve the self-care ability of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
