摘要
目的了解武汉市复治涂阳肺结核患者焦虑、抑郁症状检出情况及其影响因素,为开展复治涂阳肺结核患者心理干预措施提供依据。方法采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS),对2018年1—12月武汉市肺科医院住院治疗的复治涂阳肺结核患者进行问卷调查。结果255例复治涂阳肺结核患者焦虑、抑郁症状检出率分别为18.4%和30.2%,SAS量表平均得分为(41.19±10.00)分;SDS量表平均得分为(44.97±11.90)分。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,女性、年均收入少于2万、对支持的利用度得分低于平均值是焦虑症状的危险因素。年均收入少于1万元、对支持的利用度得分和客观支持得分低于平均值是抑郁症状的危险因素。结论焦虑、抑郁症状普遍存在于复治涂阳肺结核患者中,应加强对复治涂阳肺结核患者心理辅导,提高其应对技能,指导家属加强与患者之间进行有效的交流。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of anxiety and depression in the retreated smear positive patients in Wuhan city and its influencing factors,so as to provide the basis for guiding the psychology of the retreated smear positive patients.Methods The Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Social Support Scale(SSRS)were used to investigate the retreatment smear positive tuberculosis patients in Wuhan Pulmonary Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018.Results The detection rates of anxiety and depression were 18.4%and 30.2%,respectively.The average score of SAS was(41.19±10.00)and SDS was(44.97±11.90).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that women,average annual income less than 20000 yuan,utilization score of support lower than average were the risk factors of anxiety symptoms factor.Annual income less than 10000 yuan,utilization score of support and objective support score lower than the average were risk factors of depression.Conclusion The symptoms of anxiety and depression are common in the retreated smear positive patients.We should strengthen the psychological guidance for the retreated smear positive patients,improve their co-ping skills,and guide their families to strengthen the effective communication with the patients.
