摘要
近几年来,随着时代的发展,我国建筑业发生了巨大的变化,但建设的进度和质量仍然需要加快。随着城市化的快速发展,人们对住宅和公共建筑的需求不断增加,整个城市建筑行业的竞争不断加剧。随着工程建设的进展,对工程进度的要求也越来越高。土建工程中材料的选择直接影响着整个工程进度,然而,很多建筑企业在选择材料时,却存在着很多问题。很多企业选择劣质原料以获取较大的利润。本文根据土木工程施工过程中的选材过程,对施工进度中的材料进行了简单的分析与研究。
In recent years, with the development of the times, great changes have taken place in China’s construction industry, but the progress and quality of construction still need to be accelerated. With the rapid development of urbanization, peoples’ demand for housing and public buildings is increasing, and the competition in the whole urban construction industry is intensifying. With the progress of project construction, the requirements for project progress are higher and higher. The selection of materials in civil engineering directly affects the progress of the whole project. However, many construction enterprises have many problems in selecting materials. Many enterprises choose inferior raw materials to make greater profits. According to the material selection process in the civil engineering construction process,the materials in the construction progress are simply analyzed and studied.
