摘要
本文根据笔者以往工作经验,对土木工程项目的施工进度管理方式进行总结,并从工程策划阶段的质量管理、制定质量管理制度、做好施工监理监督工作、做好施工现场管理工作四方面,论述了土木工程项目施工质量管理的具体方法。
According to the author＇s previous work experience,this paper summarizes the construction schedule management methods of civil engineering projects,and from the quality management in the engineering planning stage,formulates the quality management system,and completes the construction supervision and supervision work. This paper discusses the concrete methods of construction quality management of civil engineering projects in four aspects of construction site management.
