摘要
目的构建乳腺癌化疗患者延续护理信息平台,验证其应用效果。方法通过问卷调查法、案例研究法和专家座谈会等构建信息平台。2019年3月至12月,将乳腺科首次化疗的204例乳腺癌患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各102例。实验组在化疗期间通过信息平台进行并发症应对、营养指导等干预,对照组行常规延续护理,对比两组患者在第1次至第4次化疗结束后化疗并发症严重程度、体质指数之间的差异。结果两组患者在第3次和第4次化疗结束后,并发症严重程度、体质指数之间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者对信息平台使用评价总分为(69.55±4.12)分。结论信息平台获得了患者较高的使用评价,可有效降低乳腺癌化疗并发症,改善化疗患者营养水平。
Objective To explore the effect of transitional care information platform for patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Transitional care information platform was constructed based on questionnaire survey,case study and expert consultation.A total of 204 of breast cancer patients under chemotherapy were randomly divided into experimental group(n=102)and control group(n=102)from March to December 2019.The experimental group received nutrition guidance and complication intervention based on transitional care information platform,the control group received general continuous care.The body mass index(BMI)and complication after the first to fourth rounds of chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results BMI and complication had statistically significant difference in two groups from the third time to fourth time of chemotherapy(P<0.05).The evaluation score of the platform in the experimental group was(69.55±4.12).Conclusion Patients are satisfied with the transitional care information platform.Transitional care information platform can effectively reduce the complications of breast cancer chemotherapy and improve patients'nutritional condition.
