摘要
采用生产企业常用的干燥器法和标准要求的1m^(3)气候箱法,对中密度纤维板甲醛释放量进行检测,2种方法检测结果呈线性相关。使用拟合的回归方程y=0.3464x-0.0356(x:干燥器值,y:气候箱值),可以用干燥器法检测值预测气候箱法的检测值,为企业提供参考。
In this paper,the dryer method commonly used in production enterprises and the 1 m^(3) climate chamber method required by the standard were used to detect the formaldehyde emission of MDF.The detection results of the two methods are linearly correlated.By using the fitted regression equation y=0.3464x-0.0356(x:dryer value,y:climate chamber value),the detection value of dryer method can be used to predict the detection value of climate chamber method,so as to provide reference for enterprises.
