摘要
研究了巾密度纤维板的含水率、密度、厚度、抽吸时间等4个因子对抽吸法测试甲醛释放量的影响。试验表明:随试件含水率增加,抽吸值呈上升趋势,中密度纤维板的6.5%含水率修正系数为F_(6.5)=2.42e^((-0.0130w));随着厚度的增加,抽吸值呈上升趋势;抽吸值随着密度增加而呈上升趋势;随着时间的增加,抽吸值显著增加。
The effects of the moisture content, density, thickness and time of the medium density fiberboard (MDF) on the values of formaldehyde emission of wood-based panel by air-exhaust method were investigated. With the increase of moisture content, the values of air-exhaust of the MDF increased. The coefficient of correction of the standard moisture content at 6.5% was expressed as:F6.5=2.42e(-0.130w). With the increase of thickness and density of the MDF, the values of air-exhaust of the MDF increased. When the air-exhaust testing time increased from lh to 6h, the values of air-exhaust of the MDF significantly increased.
