摘要
结合衡阳市不动产存量数据整合建库工作,在现有不动产数据量庞大、标准不统一、格式多样化、整合工作时间紧迫的情况下,开发集表单约束统一、数据标准规范、整合流程订制、质量严格控制为一体的不动产存量数据整合系统,为推进不动产统一登记发证工作提供技术支撑。
Combining with the integration and database construction of real estate stock data of Hengyang, under the current situation of large amount of real estate data which have inconsistent standards, diversified formats and no time to combine data, we developed a real estate stock data integration system, which integrated the unified constraints of form, the criteria of data norm, customization of integration process, and stringent quality control, in order to provide technical support for the unified registration and certification of real estate.
