摘要
基于调研归纳和文献检索等方法,从国家标准、行业标准、地方标准和团体标准4个维度,调研国内健康领域科学数据标准规范,梳理现存问题:缺乏服务与应用类标准和管理类标准;现有标准体系层次关系有差异,国内外标准融合性差;标准化更新工作不及时。对此,需加强领域重点标准研究分析,补足标准体系短板;促进标准体系协调建设,融合领域国际标准;评估过时标准,创新领域特色标准。
Based on the methods of survey induction and literature retrieval,this paper investigates the standards and specifications of scientific data in the field of health in China from the dimensions of national standards,industrial standards,local standards and group standards,sorts out the existing problems and studies the countermeasures.The results show that:there is a lack of service and application standards and management standards,there are some differences in the hierarchical relationship of the existing standard system and the integration of domestic and foreign standards is poor,and the standardization update is not timely.It is concluded that it is necessary to strengthen the research and analysis of key standards in the field and remedy shortcomings of the standard system,promote the coordinated construction of the standard system and integrate international standards in the field,evaluate outdated standards and innovate domain-specific standards.
