新工科背景下工程训练创新实践课程体系研究 被引量:23

摘要 在新工科人才培养的新要求下,工程实践教学改革的目标是培养卓越的工程创新型人才。工程训练实践活动是新型人才创新实践能力培养的重要载体,需对现有工程训练课程体系进行重构、融合和创新。采用以学习者为中心的工程创新人才培养新模式,构建由工程实践−非技术教学−双创教育组成的“三位一体”新工科工程创新实践平台,探索“理论与技能−综合创新训练−学科交叉融合−国际创新实践−研究探索−创新创业”6个层次递进式工程训练创新实践课程体系和全过程评价标准,并进行6大模块的探索与实践,实现全面培养学生的工程创新实践能力、非技术能力和解决复杂工程问题能力。 Under the new requirements of new engineering personnel training,the goal of engineering practice teaching reform is to cultivate outstanding engineering innovative talents.Engineering training practice is an important carrier for the cultivation of innovative practical ability of new-type talents,so it is necessary to reconstruct,integrate and innovate the existing engineering training system.A new model of cultivating innovative engineering talents with the learner as the center is adopted,and the“three-in-one”new engineering innovation practice platform composed of engineering practice,non-technical teaching and entrepreneurship and innovation education is constructed.In order to train students’engineering innovation practice ability,non-technical ability and the ability to solve complex engineering problems,the six-level progressive-like engineering innovation practice course system and whole process evaluation standard are explored,which develop from theory and skills,comprehensive innovation training,and interdisciplinary integration,to international innovation practice,research exploration,and innovation and entrepreneurship.
