摘要
石油资源的日趋枯竭及其引起的环境问题,使生物油作为石油替代能源备受关注。然而,生物油中的羧酸含量较高、热稳定性差,是阻碍其规模化应用的主要障碍之一,常需要对其进行加氢脱氧(HDO)提质。本文综述了应用于生物油HDO的几种催化剂类型,主要包括金属催化剂、分子筛载体催化剂、复合碳载体催化剂、多孔有机聚合物载体催化剂和缺陷催化剂等,认为开发出一种具有高催化活性且成本较低的非贵金属催化剂是催化剂工业未来的发展趋势。
With the depletion of petroleum resources and the increasing environmental problems caused by petroleum,bio-oil as an alternative energy for petroleum has attracted much attention.However,high content of carboxylic acid and poor thermal stability of bio-oil are the main obstacles,hindering its large-scale application.It is necessary to improve its quality by hydrodeoxygenation(HDO).In this article,several types of catalysts used in bio-oil HDO process were reviewed,such as metal catalyst,molecular sieve-supported catalysts,composite carbon supported catalysts,porous organic polymer supported catalysts and defective catalysts.It was considered that the development of a non-noble metal catalyst with high catalytic activity and low cost is the future development trend of catalyst industry.
