摘要
将生物油与一定量的甘油混合辅助蒸馏可以把生物油分成轻组分与重组分,根据轻重组分间性质的差异分别进行精炼处理是一种非常有前景的方案。探讨了在180℃,Pd/HZSM催化下不同还原介质对生物油轻组分催化加氢与酯化的效果。生物油轻组分主要含有酸类、醛酮、不饱和醇及少量酚类化合物。精炼处理后,生物油轻组分中的有机酸普遍转化为酯类化合物,糠醛被完全消除。其中甲酸与甲酸钠引发的水煤气反应能够提供大量H2,可以取代H2作为还原介质。
Distilled bio-oil with a certain mount of glycerol could divide bio-oil into two groups (light fraction and heavy fraction). Due to the different character of the two groups, it is a reasonable way to upgrading them respectively. In this paper, the effect of different reducing mediums on light fraction of bio-oil had been investigated under 180 ℃ using Pd/HZSM as catalyst. The light fraction of bio-oil contained acids, aldehydes, ketones, unsaturated alcohols and some phenols. The results showed that most organic acids were transformed into esters and furfurals were eliminated. Formic acid and sodium formate could function as effective reducing medium by supplying H2 through water-gas shift reaction.
