摘要
我国鲜有针对救援列车的荷载图式,由于复杂的运营条件,救援列车过桥适应性评估工作较为繁琐。通过调研分析实际救援列车编组规律及规章条例,得到既有救援起重机按不同编组方式作用在简支梁的换算活载最大值曲线。参考我国铁路列车荷载图式中长大货物车检算图式与客货共线铁路桥梁ZKH活载图式,结合既有9种救援起重机、实际救援列车荷载集度特征,分别确定了救援起重机、救援列车通行荷载拟定图式。以拟定图式静荷载换算均布活载包络最大值曲线为原则,通过试算、对比分析、引入提高系数等方法确定了拟定图式变量取值。提出的救援起重机、救援列车通行荷载特征图式可作为高速铁路、客货共线铁路桥梁承载能力检算工作的简易荷载列,从而简化批量评估工作。
There is no load diagram for rescue trains in China.Because of the complex operating conditions,the evaluation of bridge crossing adaptability of rescue trains is cumbersome.The marshalling rules and regulations of the actual rescue train were investigated and analyzed.The maximum value curve of the converted live load of the existing rescue crane acting on simply supported girders was obtained according to different marshalling modes.Referring to the inspection and calculation diagram of long and large freight cars and the ZKH live load diagram of passenger and freight railway bridge in China’s train load diagram,combined with the load concentration characteristics of 9 existing rescue cranes and actual rescue trains,the load diagrams of rescue cranes and rescue trains were determined respectively.Based on the principle that the uniformly distributed live load converting from proposed diagram static load envelope the maximum value curve,the variable value of proposed diagram was determined by means of trial calculation,comparative analysis and introduction of improvement coefficient.The proposed load characteristic diagram of rescue crane and rescue train can be used as a simple load for checking and calculating the bearing capacity of high speed railway bridges and mixed passenger and freight railway bridges,so as to simplify the batch evaluation work.
