摘要
公立医院是我国医疗服务体系的主体,是党领导卫生健康战线的生力军,是党联系人民、服务群众的重要窗口。回溯中国共产党领导我国公立医院于不同历史时期的变革与演进历程,可挖掘其中清晰的内在逻辑:党的宗旨是公立医院建设发展的根本遵循,党的阶段性纲领是公立医院干事创业的动力之源,党的指导思想为公立医院发展提供科学依据,全面加强党的建设是公立医院发展的一切统领和根本保证。在当前不确定的医疗卫生环境下,公立医院面临着诸多困难与挑战,坚定不移地坚持中国共产党的领导,不断加强和深化公立医院党的建设,是公立医院高质量发展的根本要求,是中国特色社会主义优势在国家医疗卫生事业的集中体现,有助于构筑党领导下的医药卫生体制改革的中国道路。
As the main body of medical service system in China,public hospitals is the important part of the party-leaded health field,which is directly related to the lifeline of the reform of the medical and health system and the well-being of the people.Based on the transformation and evolution of public hospitals in different historical periods under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the clear inner logic can be unearthed:the party’s purpose is the fundamental follow of the construction and development of public hospitals,and the party’s phased program is the source of motivation for public hospitals to start their business,the party’s guiding ideology provides a scientific basis for the development of public hospitals,and comprehensively strengthening the party’s construction is all the command and fundamental guarantee for the development of public hospitals.In the current uncertain medical and health environment,public hospitals are facing many difficulties and challenges.Unswervingly adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and continuously strengthen and deepen the party building of public hospitals.This is the fundamental requirement for the high-quality development of public hospitals.The concentrated manifestation of the advantages of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the national medical and health undertakings will help to build a Chinese-style path for the reform of the medical and health system under the leadership of the party.
