京张高铁客服信息工程BIM技术应用实践 被引量:2

摘要 随着新兴信息技术的不断涌现,传统铁路客服信息工程的设计、施工和建设管理方式已经难以满足日益复杂化的系统发展以及精细化、高标准、信息化管理的需要。京张高铁客服信息工程有必要结合新兴的信息化技术提升客服信息工程整体设计、施工与建设管理水平。总结BIM技术在京张高铁客服信息工程中的应用背景、技术路线、技术流程及框架,探索基于BIM的客服信息工程族库管理、虚拟建造、工艺分析、多专业融合、车站日照采光分析、旅客流线分析、机房VR技术等应用,为其他高铁客服信息工程建设提供借鉴。 With the continuous emergence of new information technology, the traditional design, construction and management methods of railway customer service information engineering have become insufficient to meet the needs of the increasingly complicated system development and the refined, high-standard and informationalized management. It is necessary to improve the overall design, construction and management level of the customer service information engineering of Beijing-Zhangjiakou HSR in combination with the emerging information technology. This paper summarizes the application background, technical route, technical process and framework of BIM technology in customer service information engineering of Beijing-Zhangjiakou HSR, and explores the application of BIM-based customer service information engineering family database management, virtual construction, process analysis, multi-disciplinary integration, station daylight analysis,passenger flow line analysis and machine room VR technology, etc., which can provide reference for customer service information engineering construction of other high speed railways.
