摘要
城市轨道交通工程机房安装具有设备众多、管线复杂、进度快等特点,为保障施工进度、提升施工质量,需开展基于BIM技术的机房优化工作。从机房优化目的、组织架构、实施流程、优化内容4部分阐述机房优化过程,并选取某车站环控机房和冷水机房2个区域进行机房优化布置,实现机房精细化施工,助力机房安装工业化、集成化发展。
The computer room installation of urban rail transit engineering has the characteristics of numerous equipment,complicated pipelines,and fast progress.In order to ensure the construction progress and improve the construction quality,it is necessary to carry out optimization of the computer room based on BIM.The computer room optimization process is described from four parts of purpose of computer room optimization,organizational structure,implementation process,and optimization content.Two areas of a station's environmental control computer room and cold water computer room are selected to optimize layout of the computer room to achieve refined construction of the computer room and assist industrial installation and integrated development of the computer room.
