摘要
休闲舒适物是城市发展的重要组成部分,是体现城市生活品质的关键指标。尽管休闲舒适物已经引起学者较多的关注与讨论,但实证方面的研究还比较薄弱。当前研究着重探讨休闲舒适物的价值与维度,鉴于这一研究现状,在解读休闲舒适物理论内涵基础上,建立城市休闲舒适物评价指标体系,并结合国内36个城市的统计数据,对城市休闲舒适物发展水平进行测度,进而探究其与城市生活品质之间的关系,从实证角度揭示城市休闲舒适物发展水平及与生活品质的关系。研究发现:(1)从发展水平上看,城市休闲舒适物水平呈现较大的差异性。空间上,整体呈现由东向西逐渐递减的格局,这与当前城市经济水平的地域空间分布有较强的吻合性;规模上,人口规模较大的城市,休闲舒适物水平相对较高,这背后的原因在于,城市规模越大,人们的服务消费支出水平会相对较高,从而促进以休闲舒适物为代表的本地生活型服务业的发展。(2)从发展结构上看,城市内部的休闲舒适物结构复杂,存在非协调性特征。城市间休闲环境舒适物发展水平差异最小,休闲设施舒适物差异最大,说明在生态文明思想的全面贯彻下,城市生态环境治理取得了积极成效,而休闲设施供给的多样性与各城市社会经济发展水平密切相关,因而非均衡性特征明显。(3)从相关关系上看,休闲舒适物水平较高的城市,生活品质指数也较高,并且休闲设施、休闲服务舒适物对城市生活品质的作用更强。这表明,当前阶段提升城市生活品质需要着重加强休闲设施的多样性和休闲服务的便利性。(4)从关系效应上看,休闲舒适物配置的充分性与均衡性,有利于提升城市生活品质,最终吸引人口流入城市。这背后的原因在于,随着人们整体收入水平的提升,城市休闲舒适物所表征的生活品质元素逐渐引起人们的重视;当休闲舒适�
Leisure amenities are an important part of urban development and a key index to reflect the quality of urban life. Although leisure amenities have attracted more attention and discussion, the empirical research is still relatively weak. The current research focuses on the value and dimension of leisure amenities.In view of this research status, this study reveals the development level of urban leisure amenities and its relationship with quality of life from an empirical perspective. Based on the interpretation of the theoretical connotation of leisure amenities, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of urban leisure amenities,and evaluates the level of urban leisure amenities with the statistical data of 36 cities in China, and explores the relationship between the level of urban leisure amenities and life quality. The results show that: 1) in terms of development level, the level of leisure amenities among cities is quite different;in space, the overall level of leisure amenities is gradually decreasing from the east to the west, which is in strong agreement with the regional spatial distribution of the current urban economic level;in terms of scale, the level of leisure amenities in cities with large population is relatively high. The reason behind is that the larger the urban population, the higher the level of service consumption expenditure, so as to promote the development of local life-oriented service industry represented by leisure amenities. 2) In terms of development structure, the structure of leisure amenities in cities is complex and has uncoordinated characteristics.
