摘要
目的:评价超分子水杨酸联合多西环素对丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法:60例丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组口服多西环素(100 mg,1次/日);试验组在对照组基础上,予以超分子水杨酸治疗(1次/2周)。比较两组的皮肤炎性相关指标、皮肤屏障相关指标及不良反应。结果:54例完成试验,试验组与对照组相比,面部红斑主观评测变化、红斑分值、炎症性皮损计数明显改善,皮肤含水量明显上升,经皮失水量明显降低(P<0.05)。所有患者均未出现明显色素沉着、瘢痕等不良反应。结论:超分子水杨酸联合多西环素治疗丘疹脓疱型玫瑰痤疮,能快速减轻患者面部慢性炎性反应,修复皮肤屏障功能。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of supramolecular salicylic acid combined with doxycycline on pa⁃tients with papulopustular rosacea.Methods 60 patients with papulopustular rosacea were randomly divided into experimen⁃tal group and control group.The control group was treated with doxycycline 100 mg per day.The experimental group was treated with supramolecular salicylic acid(once/2 weeks)on the basis of the control group.The skin inflammation related indexes,skin barrier related indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results 54 cases com⁃pleted the experiment.Compared with the control group,the subjective evaluation changes of facial erythema,erythema score and inflammatory skin lesion count in the experimental group were significantly improved,the skin water content in⁃creased significantly,and the percutaneous water loss decreased significantly(P<0.05).All patients did not have obvious adverse reactions such as pigmentation and scar.Conclusion Supramolecular salicylic acid combined with doxycycline in the treatment of papulopustular rosacea can quickly reduce the patient's chronic facial inflammatory reaction and repair the skin barrier function.
