摘要
目标探测率是衡量光电探测系统探测能力的重要指标,图像噪声是影响目标探测率的重要因素。在散粒噪声影响下,对图像信噪比、目标大小和目标对比度三个因素如何影响目标的探测率进行了仿真。分析了光电传感器的主要噪声组成和形成机理,建立了散粒噪声情况下的信噪比模型,并基于散粒噪声模型在Matlab中仿真生成了图像信噪比、目标大小和目标对比度三个因素变化下的退化图像。仿真结果表明:信噪比、目标大小和目标对比度的增大会有利于提高目标探测率。散粒噪声下,目标对比度大于0.1时,即使1×1的目标在信噪比很低的情况下仍然能辨识;目标大小大于9×9后,增加目标的大小,对识别率影响已经不明显。这为衡量光电探测系统的探测性能及设计光电探测系统提供了借鉴。
Target detection rate is an important indicator of detection capability of photoelectric systems and noise is an impor⁃tant factor affecting target detection rate.In case of shot noise,simulations are performed on how the three factors such as image SNR,target size and target contrast affect target detection rate.Composition and formation mechanism of main noises of photoelec⁃tric sensor are analyzed,and the SNR model for shot noise is also established.At the same time,the degradation images resulted from shot noise with different SNR,target size and contrast are simulated in Matlab environment.The simulation results show that target detection rate will increase as the SNR,target size and target contrast increase.Further more,even a 1*1 target can still be identified when the SNR is low with target contrast greater than 0.1 and target detection rate is rarely affected if the target is greater than 9*9.The woke provides a therotical basis for performance evaluation and designing of photoelectric detection systems.
