基于响应曲面法与正交试验齿轮注塑优化分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文对塑料齿轮注塑成型过程进行模拟优化,先通过ANSYS软件对齿轮进行载荷分析,得到齿轮的应力分布图;再利用Moldflow软件进行模流分析,用DOE试验对注塑生产的主要工艺因素进行分析,计算各项质量标准对输入变量的敏感度,主要针对熔体温度和模具表面温度进行实验分析,生成2D/3D响应曲面图,对比分析填充时间、流动前沿温度、体积收缩率、填充末端冻结层因子、翘曲变化等因素,寻找合理的注塑工艺参数;最后使用正交试验法分析齿轮翘曲变形的影响因素,寻找最优加工参数组合,使齿轮的翘曲变形量最小。结果表明:齿轮应力集中在芯轴上的键槽位置;各因素对翘曲变形影响程度为:保压压力>模具温度>熔体温度>注射时间>保压时间,最优工艺参数组合为A3B1C4D3E4,利用最优参数进行翘曲模拟,得到最大翘曲量为0.1158mm。研究内容有利于提高塑料齿轮的生产质量,对于设计和制造塑料齿轮具有一定的指导意义。 In this paper,the plastic gear injection molding process is simulated and optimized.The load analysis of the gear is carried out by ANSYS software to obtain the stress distribution map of the gear.The moldflow analysis is carried out by Moldflow softwareand the main process factors of the injection molding production are analyzed by DOE test.Calculate the sensitivity of each quality standard to the input variables, mainly for the melt temperature and mold surface temperature for experimental analysis,then generate 2D/3D response surface map, compare and analyze the filling time、flow front temperature、volume shrinkage、filling the end frozen layer Factor、warpage change and other factors.In order to find a reasonable injection molding process parameters.Finally,the orthogonal test method is used to analyze the influencing factors of gear warpage deformation and the optimal processing parameter combination is found to minimize the warpage deformation of the gear.The results show that the gear stress is concentrated on the keyway position on the mandrel;the influence degree of each factor on the warpage deformation is: holding pressure>mold temperature>melt temperature>injection time > dwell time, the optimal process parameter combination is A3 B1 C4 D3 E4.The warpage simulation was performed using the optimal parameters, and the maximum warpage amount was 0.1158 mm.The research content is conducive to improving the production quality of plastic gears, and has certain guiding significance for the design and manufacture of plastic gears.
