摘要
本文阐述了小模数塑料齿轮的常用材料、注塑成型工艺及其模具结构,并分析了塑料齿轮在成型过程中容易产生的主要缺陷以及出现问题的原因,对从事塑料成型加工方面的技术人员或操作技工有一定的参考作用。
The paper expatiated the frequently-used materials of plastic gear,injection moulding process and mold construction,selectively analyzed the main defects and their causes in plastic gear in the course of shaping and the solutions.The opinions can be referenced to by technicians engaging in injection molding processing technology or machinists.
