摘要
随着装配式混凝土剪力墙结构在住宅的推广和使用,通过依托北京市丁各庄公租房项目为主体,对纵肋叠合剪力墙结构体系的空腔中混凝土密实度采用超声波检测法进行检测,通过钻芯取样来验证超声波检测法的准确性,对空腔出现不密实的原因进行分析与研究,总结出在纵肋叠合剪力墙结构体系施工中控制密实度的要点,为后续施工过程提供一定的技术参考。
With the popularization and application of prefabricated concrete shear wall structure in residential buildings,relying on Dinggezhuang public rental housing project in Beijing as the main body,the compactness of concrete in the cavity of longitudinal rib laminated shear wall structure system is detected by ultrasonic detection method,and the accuracy of ultrasonic testing method is verified by core drilling sampling. The reasons for the uncompacted cavity are analyzed and studied,and the key points of controlling compactness in the construction of shear wall structure using composite shear wall with rib structure system are summarized,which provides certain technical reference for the subsequent construction process.
