摘要
目的:探究章永红教授中药治疗非小细胞肺癌的用药经验。方法:收集、整理章教授治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的中药门诊处方,用SPSS 25.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0对处方药物进行频数分析、聚类分析及关联规则分析。结果:根据纳入标准及排除标准,筛选出100例处方,共使用中药71种,累计1133味次。其中补虚药的使用频次最高,清热药次之。聚类分析将高频药物聚为4组,第一组药物清热解毒、消肿散结;第二、第三组益气养阴;第四组药物为常用药物组合。关联规则分析中,支持度第一的药对组合为冬凌草-藤梨根。结论:章永红教授认为肺癌是一种全身属虚、局部属实的疾患,正气亏虚是肺癌发生的基础,痰凝、瘀血、癌毒为主要的病理因素,故章教授在治疗上注重标本兼顾,在顾护脾胃的基础上,以扶正为主,注重益气养阴;以攻毒为辅,选用解毒攻毒、化瘀攻毒、化痰攻毒、以毒攻毒等治法。
Objective:To explore Professor ZHANG Yonghong’s experience in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Collect and sort out Professor ZHANG’s outpatient prescriptions of Chinese medicine for the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.SPSS 25.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to perform frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis on prescription drugs.Results:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,100 prescriptions were screened out,using 71 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,with a total of 1133 flavors.Among them,tonic drugs are used most frequently,followed by heat-clearing drugs.Cluster analysis clustered high-frequency drugs into 4 groups,the first group of drugs for clearing away heat and toxins,reducing swelling and dispelling lumps;the second and third groups for replenishing qi and nourishing yin;the fourth group of drugs is a combination of commonly used drugs.In association rule analysis,the drug pair combination with the highest support is Donglingcao-Tengligen.Conclusion:Professor ZHANG Yonghong believes that lung cancer is a disease of systemic deficiency and local reality.Deficiency of righteous qi is the basis of lung cancer.Phlegm coagulation,blood stasis,and cancer toxin are the main pathological factors.Therefore,Professor HANG pays attention to specimens in treatment Taking care of the spleen and stomach,focusing on strengthening the body and replenishing qi and nourishing yin;supplemented by attacking poison,using detoxification and attacking toxins,removing blood stasis and attacking toxins,removing phlegm and attacking toxins,and attacking toxins with poison.
