摘要
IT服务台BP神经网络模型智能服务机器人是一种基础的信息处理技术,可以推理带有情感的主观文本,同时可以分析、处理和汇总问题。近年来该技术在国内诸多领域得到应用。介绍了IT服务台BP(Back Propagation)神经网络模型智能服务机器人性化情感分析的基本结构与内容;分析了IT服务台智能情感分析模型的构建方案;深入阐释了IT服务台BP神经网络模型智能服务机器人个性化情感模型建立的实验方案。
IT service desk BP neural network model intelligent service robot is a basic information processing technology.It can deduce subjective text with emotion.At the same time,it can analyze,process and summarize problems.In recent years,this technology has been applied in many domestic fields.This paper introduces the basic structure and content of humanized emotion analysis of IT service desk BP neural network model intelligent service machine.The construction scheme of IT service desk intelligent emotion analysis model is analyzed.In addition,the experiment scheme of building personalized emotion model of IT service desk BP neural network model intelligent service robot is further explained.
