摘要
从课程设置、教材内容、授课教师三个维度考察,当前我国大学生法治教育的实效并不理想。大学生法治教育是普法教育,更是通识教育与素质教育。高校法治教育的目标是大学生掌握法律常识,具有法律思维和法治精神。提升大学生法治教育的质量和实效,需要法治教育由从属走向独立,改革法治教育课程,推进法治教育教师专业化,实行法治教育质量评估制度。
Viewed from the three dimensions of the curriculum,the content of the teaching materials,and the teachers,the current effectiveness of the legal education for college students in our country is not ideal.Legal education for college students is not only the education of popularization of law,but also general education and quality education.The goal of legal education in colleges and universities is to make college students master common sense of law,and have legal thinking and spirit of the rule of law.To improve the quality and effectiveness,it is necessary to turn the legal education for college students from subordination to independence,reform the curriculum of legal education,promote the specialization of teachers,and implement the quality evaluation system for legal education。
