摘要
集成式车载充电系统通过对驱动电机绕组和逆变器进行分时复用与合理重构,可在不增加额外器件的情况下,实现便捷快速的车载充电,近年来引起了学界和产业界的持续关注。该文首先分析集成式充电系统中亟待解决的若干关键技术问题;其次以问题为导向,对现有各类集成式充电系统进行总结和梳理,综述现有拓扑和控制方法对以上问题的解决方案;然后基于混合励磁型电机的特殊结构特点,分析基于该类型电机构造的集成式充电系统所具备的优势;最后总结全文并对该类系统的发展方向进行展望。
By re-employing the existing motor windings and inverter in EV’s propulsion system,an on-board fast charger can be built without adding additional power devices,attracting more and more attention.In this paper,the key issues of the integrated charger are summarized firstly.Then,oriented by the issues,the existing solutions from both system topology and control strategy perspectives are reviewed and presented in details.Thereafter,according to the unique structure of the hybrid-excitation machine(HEM),the advantages of HEM-based integrated chargers are introduced.Finally,the development direction of the integrated on-board charger is prospected.
