P92钢及其焊接接头的蠕变-疲劳寿命预测 被引量:3

摘要 严苛的服役环境会造成压力容器许多未预期的过早失效,特别是焊接接头结构,其热影响区在服役过程中的过早开裂导致高温压力容器损坏的案例时有发生。通过开展不同保载时间的P92钢及其焊接接头的蠕变-疲劳试验,采用三种应力松弛拟合方法对其应力松弛行为进行拟合,并使用时间分数法、延性耗竭法以及两种修正的应变能密度模型对P92钢及其焊接接头的循环寿命进行预测。研究结果表明,各模型对P92钢母材的预测精度较高,但焊接接头的预测结果存在较大离散性,保守性较差。 The increasingly strict service environment has caused many unexpected premature failures of pressure vessels,especially for the welded joints.As for high-temperature pressure vessels,the premature cracking in the heat affected zone often occurred during long-term service.The creep-fatigue experiments with different dwell times were performed using base metal and welded joint of P92 steel,then three kinds of stress relaxation fitting methods were used to fit the stress relaxation behavior.Based on the fitting results,time fraction method,ductility exhaustion method and two kinds of corrected strain energy density model were used to predict their cycle life.The results indicate that the accuracy of each predicted model for P92 steel was good but not conservative.
