摘要
国家应急广播系统是在紧急情况发生时传播信息的一种途径,也是属于民生的重大工程。应急广播系统建设在我国需要国家和各个地方政府的统一协助和管理,可应对突发公共事件,同时也确保了社会的稳定。在突发事件发生期间,应急广播不仅可向社会广大群众传递信息,还能实现共享信息以及资源。基于此,阐述国家应急广播的建设背景,分析国家应急广播系统建设的作用,就应急广播系统设计思路展开分析,并研究国家应急广播系统关键技术。
The national emergency broadcasting system is a way of disseminate information when an emergency occurs, and it is also a major project of people’s livelihood. The construction of the emergency broadcasting system in our country is assisted and managed by the country and various local governments. It can respond to public emergencies while ensuring social stability. During emergencies, emergency broadcasting not only deliver information to the general public, but also share the information and resources. This article will elaborate the background of the construction of the national emergency broadcasting system, and analyze the role of the construction of the national emergency broadcasting system, the design ideas of the emergency broadcasting system, as well as study the key technologies of the national emergency broadcasting system.
