摘要
以甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为主要原料,利用氧化还原引发自由基聚合,通过单因素及正交试验合成了一种纸面石膏板专用聚羧酸减水剂母液(SG-L23),其最优工艺参数为:酸醚比为3,n(AA)∶n(MAA)=2∶7,SMAS用量为大单体质量的0.2%,AMPS用量为大单体质量的0.7%,折固掺量为石膏质量的0.4%。将其与石膏激发剂复配后分别与萘系减水剂、普通型聚羧酸减水剂进行性能对比,试验结果表明,该纸面石膏板专用聚羧酸减水剂具有高减水、对石膏凝结时间影响小且绿色环保等特点,符合石膏建材绿色化生产的发展方向,适用于纸面石膏板工业化生产。
Using methallylpolyoxyethylene ether(HPEG),acrylic acid(AA),sodium methacrylate sulfonate(SMAS)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)as the main raw materials,a kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor(SG-L23)for paper faced gypsum board was synthesized through free radical polymerization in the redox initiation system by single factor and orthogonal test.The optimal process parameters are:acid-to-ether ratio is 3,n(AA)∶n(MAA)=2∶7,and the amount of SMAS is 0.2%of the macromonomer mass,the amount of AMPS is 0.7%of macromonomer mass,and the solid content is 0.4%of the gypsum mass.Compared with naphthalene superplasticizer and common polycarboxylate superplasticizer after compounding with gypsum activator,the test results show that the polycarboxylate superplasticizer for paper faced gypsum board has the advantages of high water reducing,little influence on gypsum setting time and green environmental protection,which conforms to the development direction of green production of gypsum building materials and is suitable for industrial production of gypsum board.
