纸面石膏板专用聚羧酸减水剂的合成及性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 以甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为主要原料,利用氧化还原引发自由基聚合,合成了一种纸面石膏板专用聚羧酸减水剂母液(GPCE-01)。将其与石膏激发剂、消泡剂复配后分别与萘系减水剂、普通型聚羧酸减水剂进行了性能对比。试验结果表明,该纸面石膏板专用聚羧酸减水剂具有高减水、低引气、对石膏凝结影响小,且绿色环保等优点,适用于纸面石膏板工业化生产,符合石膏建材绿色化生产的发展方向。 Using methallylpolyoxyethylene ether(HPEG),acrylic acid(AA),sodium methacrylate sulfonate(SMAS)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)as the main raw materials,a mother liquor of specialpolycarboxylate superplasticizer GPCE-01 for gypsum plasterboard was synthesized by redox initiated radical polymerization.After compounding GPCE-01 with gypsum activator and defoamer,the performance was compared with naphthalene-based water-reducing agent and ordinary polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent,test results indicated that the special polycarboxylate superplasticizer for gypsum plasterboard has the advantages of high water reduction rate,low air entrainment,little impact on gypsum condensation and green environmental protection.It is suitable for the industrial production of gypsum plasterboard and conforms to the development direction of green production of gypsum building materials.
