高强防水石膏复合材料制备及其性能研究

摘要 脱硫石膏和矿渣是产量巨大的工业副产品。本文以脱硫石膏、矿渣微粉、粉煤灰、有机硅防水剂和硅酸盐水泥为原料,按照不同质量组分配比制备高强防水石膏复合制件。依照《建筑石膏力学性能的测定》(GB/T 17669.3—1999)进行抗压、抗折强度测定,根据《石膏砌块》(JC/T 698—2010)测试其吸水率及软化系数。同时,利用扫描电子显微镜观测制件微观形貌,探讨无机粉料掺杂后石膏制件力学性能和耐水性提高的机理。试验得到,当脱硫石膏:矿渣微粉:粉煤灰:防水剂:水泥质量比为50:20:11:1:4时,制件测试抗压强度达22.5MPa,抗弯强度达8.9MPa,吸水率为18.21%,软化系数为0.68,具有一定的工业应用价值。 Large quantities of desulfurized gypsum and slag are produced in industry.The high-strength waterproof gypsum composite material is prepared in this research,using desulfurization gypsum,slag,fly ash,organic waterproof agent,and cementitious material in proportion.Test compressive and flexural strength,according to GB/T 17669.3—1999“Determination of Mechanical Properties of Building Gypsum”.Test water absorption and softening coefficient,according to JC/T 698—2010 Gypsum Block.Observe the microstructure by SEM.Explore the mechanism of performance improvement.The experiment obtained a waterproof and high-strength material with a ratio of 50:20:11:1:4,using desulfurization gypsum,slag,fly ash,waterproof agent,and cementitious material.The compressive strength of the composite material is 22.5MPa,the flexural strength is 8.9MPa,the water absorption rate is 18.21%,and the softening coefficient is 0.68.It has certain industrial application value.
