基于WinRHIZO的川中紫色土坡地冬小麦根系生长发育

摘要 【目的】研究川中丘陵区紫色土坡地上,小麦根系对于不同景观位置的响应及不同景观位置小麦根系力学和生物特点,为川中丘陵区坡地上小麦种植方式改进与推广提供理论依据。【方法】在川中丘陵区12°紫色土坡地上,选取不同耕作模式下不同景观位置(分别距离坡顶0、5、10、15、20 m)的小麦根系样品,采用WinRHIZO测定小麦根系的拓扑指数、根系面积、覆盖面积、单位土体根系长度、抗拉强度等小麦根系生物指标。【结果】机械耕作小麦根系拓扑指数均值为0.947,传统耕作为0.948;两种耕作模式下小麦均在坡顶与坡趾处达到内部数和外部数最大值;顺坡方向上,传统耕作组中不同坡位小麦根系T_(i)保持,0.966~0.915,机械耕作组中不同坡位小麦根系T_(i)保持在0.954~0.935;q a与q b传统耕作组均大于机械耕作组。>0.3 mm根系的抗拉力、断裂距离是0~0.3 mm根系的2倍,为6 N、3.5 mm;不同景观位置小麦根系根系表面积最大值为3.95 cm^(2)、覆盖面积最大值为12.5 cm^(2)、单位土体根长最大值为44.5 cm、小麦体积最大值为0.235 cm^(3),均在坡肩以下达到最大。【结论】本研究有助于进一步了解川中丘陵区紫色土坡地上小麦的生长发育特征,改进川中丘陵区紫色土坡地上的作物种植、管理技术。 【Objective】The response of wheat roots to different landscape positions and the mechanical and biological characteristics of wheat roots at different landscape positions in purple soil slope land of central Sichuan hilly area were studied to provide theoretical basis for improvement and popularization of wheat farming mode in sloping land of Central Sichuan hilly area.【Method】Wheat root samples from different landscape positions(0,5,10,15,20 meters away from the top of the slope)with different farming modes were selected in a 12°purple soil slope of the central Sichuan hilly area.The Topological Index,Root Area,Coverage Area,Root Length In Unit Soil,Tensile Strength and other biological indexes of wheat roots were determined by WinRhizo.【Result】The results showed that root topological index of mechanical tillage wheat was 0.947 and that of traditional tillage was 0.948;With the two different tillage modes,the internal and external number of wheat reached the maximum at the top and toe of the slope;Along the slope,the T_(i) of wheat at different slope positions of the traditional farming group was maintained in 0.966-0.915,the T_(i) of wheat at different slope positions of mechanical farming group was maintained in 0.954-0.935;q a and q b of the traditional farming group were bigger than those of the mechanical farming group.The tensile resistance and breaking distance of>0.3 mm root system were twice as big as that of 0-0.3 mm root system,which were 6 N and 3.5 mm;The maximum surface area of wheat roots at different landscape positions was 3.95 cm^(2),the maximum coverage area was 12.5 cm^(2),the maximum root length per unit soil was 44.5 cm,and the maximum wheat volume was 0.235 cm^(3),all of values reached the maximum at the shoulder of slope.【Conclusion】This study is helpful to better understand the growth and development characteristics of wheat in purple soil slope of Central Sichuan hilly area,and improve the crop planting and management technology in purple soil slope of Central Sichuan hi
