摘要
在全媒体环境下,海外媒体机构走向“开放和共创”的过程中,打造更融合、开放、合作的人才体系,让技术、人、机构三者相互赋能、促进.本文梳理了BBC、迪士尼(Disney)、ViacomCBS、康卡斯特(Comcast)、AT&T、《华尔街日报》、《纽约时报》七个代表性的海外媒体机构,研究它们如何通过工具、技术、空间实现全媒体人力资源的创新.分析指出让应用工具赋能人、通过媒体实验室打通技术和业务的人,以及优化办公环境创造人与人之间的协同合作,这三个举措能为媒体机构全媒体人才机制的塑造提供必要的支撑.媒体只要把握好技术的尺度,审慎且具有前瞻性地树立工具研发、应用的价值原则,就能让生产和服务的自动化、智能化工具和技术,以及合适的工作空间成为人才的“武装”,在一定程度上实现对全媒体人才的赋能和优化,以期对正处于媒体融合关键时期的国内媒体机构,提供关于全媒体人才队伍建设方面的参考.
Under the omni-media environment,in the process of opening-up and co-creation,the overseas media organizations enable technology?people and institutions to promote each other by building more integrated,open and cooperative talent system.This paper analyses seven representative overseas media organizations:BBC,Disney,ViacomCBS,Comcast,AT&T,Wall Street Journal and New York Times,to know how they realize the innovation of omni-media human resources through tools?technology and space.This paper points out that application tools enable people,media laboratory realizes the link between people and technology,and office environment creates cooperation.These three points provide necessary support for the shaping of all media talent mechanism in media organizations.As long as the media company grasp the scale of technology and establish the value principle of tool R&D and App prudently and prospectively,it can make the automation and intelligent tools,technology of production and service?as well as the appropriate workspace?become the"weapon"of talents,which could be the empowerment and optimization factors of omni-media talents to a certain extent.This paper aims to provide reference on the construction of all media talent team for domestic media institutions in the critical period of media convergence.
