摘要
随着计算机技术和数值计算的快速发展,计算流体力学(CFD)已成为研究流体的主要工具,在船舶水动力学领域发挥着重大作用。本文基于CFD方法,对敞水及单点工况下KP505螺旋桨的水动力性能进行了预报。采用运动参考系法(MRF)计算螺旋桨的敞水性能,并将计算结果与实验结果进行比对,以验证该方法的有效性;将滑移网格法(RBM)应用到单点工况下的螺旋桨水动力性能数值计算中,并进一步对得到的桨后涡结构、桨叶表面压力、桨盘面速度场及纵剖面涡量云图等进行了分析。有关结果为进一步研究船舶和螺旋桨的水动力性能提供参考和借鉴作用。
With the rapid development of computer technology and numerical calculations,computational fluid dynamics(CFD)has become the main tool for studying fluids and plays a major role in the field of ship hydrodynamics.Based on the CFD method,this paper predicts the hydrodynamic performance of the KP505 propeller under open water and single-point conditions.The Moving Reference Frames(MRF)method is used to calculate the open water performance of the propeller,and the calculation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the effectiveness of the method;the Rigid Body Motion(RBM)method is applied to the numerical calculation of the propeller hydrodynamic performance under single-point conditions,and then the structure of the vortex behind the propeller,the surface pressure of the propeller blade,the speed field of the propeller disk and the vorticity cloud diagram of the longitudinal section are further analyzed.The relevant results provide reference for further research on the hydrodynamic performance of ships and propellers.
