摘要
为实现船用螺旋桨快速、准确地三维建模,本文以KP505桨为例,基于CAESES软件提出了一种快速生成螺旋桨实体模型的方法。首先以Fortran编程语言为主体,通过输入螺旋桨的几何参数求解全局坐标系下桨叶表面网格点的空间坐标,然后采用Excel对空间坐标值进行二次处理得到符合CAESES的输入文件,将文件内容输入CAESES的feature中,执行相应的操作命令生成完整的螺旋桨实体模型,最后运用CFD方法对模型的敞水性能进行计算,通过与试验结果进行比对验证建模方法的准确性。结果表明:该方法能有效提高螺旋桨的建模效率,简化设计过程。
In order to meet the requirements of propeller design efficiency and manufacturing accuracy,taking the KP505 propeller as an example,this paper proposes a method to quickly generate a solid propeller model based on the CAESES software.First,the Fortran programming language is used as the main body,and the spatial coordinates of the grid points on the surface of the blade in the global coordinate system are solved by inputting the geometric parameters of the propeller.Then Excel is used to perform secondary processing on the spatial coordinate values to obtain an input file that conforms to CAESES and is input to the CAESES feature.By executing the corresponding operation command,a complete solid model of the propeller is generated.Finally,the CFD method is employed to calculate the open water performance of the model,and then compared with the test results to verify the accuracy of the modeling method.The results show that this method can effectively improve the modeling accuracy of the propeller and simplify the design process.
